  • Best Way to Communicate With Us

    The most effective way to reach us is through email or your secure client portal. All communications via email and portal messages are kept confidential and secure. We respond promptly during normal business hours to ensure timely and reliable support.

  • How Are Fees Determined?

This information provides transparency on what you can expect based on the forms and services required for your return.

  • How Long Does It Take To Receive My Refund?

    For electronically filed returns, refunds typically take 6–8 weeks to process. However, actual timing may vary depending on when the IRS processes your return, so it may be faster or slower than this estimate. To check the status of your refund, visit IRS.gov, select "Refunds" at the top of the page, and click "Check Your Refund" for the latest updates.

  • What If I Need Assistance After Tax Season?

    Our support doesn’t end with tax season. We’re available year-round to assist with any questions, IRS correspondence, or tax-related matters that may arise outside the traditional filing period. We’ll also keep you up to date with IRS changes, office promotions, and news to ensure you’re always informed and prepared.

  • What Is The Full Process, Start-To-Finish?

    Step 1: Complete your intake form

    Step 2: Create an account in our client portal to securely upload your documents.

    Step 3: Once you’ve completed the above steps, a member of our team will review your documents and reach out with ant clarifications if necessary.

    Step 4: Please follow along in your client portal account to view once we have begun your return from start to finish!

    Step 5: Your return will be sent to you for review, signatures and payment (if applicable).

    Step 6: Your return will be transmitted to the IRS.

    Step 7: You will be sent a final copy of your return.
